Remove TinyMCE extension #359

I feel bad, because I helped to create it, but I don't think there's any point to including the TinyMCE extension any more:

VisualEditor works quite a bit better, I think, both on its own and within forms - and TinyMCE seems to be basically unmaintained at this point.
