Review the Notice to Skippers, a PDF provided to skippers prior to their booking for the purpose of alerting them to important maintenance matters. Any issue (open or closed) with the label Notice will be included in the Notice to Skippers document.

So please review both:

Open notice issues, and
Closed notice issues
