Review paper charts on board #503

The paper charts on board should be those relevant to the local cruising ground for the current season.

Current charts on board have been removed (none were relevant for the NSW south coast). Peter Morris will review our current chart holdings and return NSW south coast chart to Namadgi. Peter also has a plastic folder that can be used for the task.
