(a) Both filters were very dirty, especially the forward one which also had a rotten egg gas smell. I suppose they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I purchased some filters (25 and 10 microns) to replace the filters previously fitted (20 and 5 microns). I replaced the old filter and flushed the watermaker. There is also a spare of each filter on board.

(b) There is a log onboard in the watermaker spares box, but it only had one entry, which was when the filters were changed on 22/6/2021.
