[ ] Document any issues against the checklist
[ ] Ensure that any issues are raised in the CORCs Maintenance and Safety System
[ ] Scan report and file as a comment here

Paul (@pauljones17), Thank your for providing the CAT 1 safety form (and related forms). I've updated the description of this issue to include the form. I'll print a copy to take to the boat. I'll be going down on Monday to meet N3 when arrives.

I've reviewed this audit and incorporated each recommendation as a GitHUB issue for Tracking.

@mrmrmartin and @pauljones17 will be interested to review the issues.
