Review mainsail track (luff) carriages #621

@pauljones17 reports:

Mainsail Track carriages – I located some track carriages but have not confirmed that they are appropriate for the new sail, nor that the breakdown (Full batten versus ordinary carriage) is appropriate.

We need to review our collection and perhaps get the sailmaker (Ben from Hoods) involved. Lets do the review at the working bee.

Where are these spare cars stored? @PSARN might know?
