When the electric winch is unserviceable, a manual method of raising and lowering the swim platform is necessary.

@peterottesen has noted:

A two-line system has been installed to manually operate the swim platform. This avoids contact and damage to surfaces and ensures the platform is lashed tightly when in the up position. A SOP has been drafted.

The SOP needs to be completed and published.
