Replace house batteries #728

Allister reports that the battery voltage drops quickly in the early stage of the discharge cycle suggesting that the batteries are reaching end of life.

We'll have them load tested at Boatworks

Battery voltage dropped to 8.2V overnight on normal boat load
On recharge, the outboard-most battery is quite warm to the touch, suggesting imminent failure
Batteries are dated 8/2018 so are 5 years old. This is a typical lifetime for AGM batteries

Recommend we replace these batteries immediately #quote=$5116.83

One battery has failed and the others don't hold a charge -- no point in load testing
