Second reefing line not correctly rigged at luff #735

The luff line for the second reef appears to be missing. Rigger to please check.

Rigger Chris Anderson reports There is a second reef in the boom – I think it just needs to be reattached to the sail.

Chris, could you please do this when the boat is relaunched and confirm operation of all reefs?
