Galley - Renew caulking around sink and galley bench #783

The current caulking is failing and allowing water from the sink and galley bench to penetrate into the timber and lower areas. See photos in next comment.

Should be done at same time as repainting -- see issue #778

I think we should also glue an aluminium "shower stop" bead (Bunnings) along the LH edge this will prevent water dripping off the edge and getting into the cabinetry

The bench top has been resealed and a anti-spill strip installed between sink and stove. However, the sink seal needs replacement as it is still leaking into the cabinet below. This will require sealant removal and a period of no use to dry out before new sealant is applied.
