Rigging - Tighten newly installed shrouds #797

Chris Anderson (rigger at Boatworks) suggest we add two turn to each turnbuckle on the shrouds now that the new rig has settled in. Task for working bee. I'll see if there is a rigger available in Batemans to supervise.
