The yacht could be lost in a storm, sink after loss of keel or other misadventure -- these things do happen. It's hard to put a figure on this one. Insurance would cover the loss of hull but there would be other costs including professional help with post-incident management (that covers a lot of turf).
If there was loss of life, our management issues would be very challenging. Risk mitigation: make every effort NOT to lose the boat.
