Naming of dialogs has been changed. Also short sentences are added to beginning
of each query dialog to explain their functionality more explicitly.

Query names "Network Of Interest" and "Paths Of Interest" are very
undescriptive and misleading. Users will have no idea on what the query is
doing unless they read the query paper or the users' guide. It is misleading
because the difference between these queries is not related to the difference
between networks and paths. My suggestion is to use "Paths Between" and "Paths
From To" as new query names. I think "Paths Between" is a good name, because it
is intuitively understood. It is possible to guess what "Paths From To" does if
the user compares the name with "Paths Between". If you didn't like these names
please suggest alternatives.

Ozgun, we decided to explain each query with a sentence in the dialog and keep
the query names as before. Please check and let us know if this is accetable /
clear enough.

Adding description to the dialogs would help, but I think we need more than
that. My strongest point here is that these query names are a barrier while
communicating with people. I suggest we discuss this in the next meeting and
proceed accordingly.

I changed the query names to "Paths Between" and "Paths From To".
