Description:

Ability to create an account as a doctor. This will allow the doctor to login and start conducting business with their relevant patients and data.

Acceptance Criteria:

Doctor is able to easily create an account
Account is persistent
Account data is secure
Account is uniquely identifiable
Account creation window is responsive and scalable across most devices
