Two issues:
1) we aim to update NORDCAN twice a year, with the main update probably in October with an additional update in May where longer follow up is possible
2) not all countries will calculate survival in the first update
Currently, all statistics run in one big module. We should probably have some instructions to bypass at least survival calculations and maybe have the opportunity to run only parts of the statistics?
