Allow user to see global settings #12

Sometimes, the user wants to see the set global settings to make sure they are correct. In nordcan.R now the user simply inputs the settings and then no "response" is given.

Several of the NORDCAN-users have asked to be able to see the settings, so we should include this in the nordcan.R:

% if you want to check the global settings, you can use this code nordcancore::get_global_nordcan_settings()
