Remove nordcan_old.R before making next shareable version #18

We can retire the unused nordcan_old.R before the next release. We don't need to send that out, since it is not to be used.

Why are we dropping this file? The participant instructions are necessary to include (and needs to be updated with the next date etc), but the file nordcan_old.R should be removed.

Sorry for my unclear comment. I mean I dropped the file "nordcan_old.R", See the following link, it was removed. :-)
