Cancer death counts can also be tabulated by ICD-6. Ensure those can also be handled.
If ICD-6 is about the same as ICD-7 in our case, then just copy the ICD-7 rows. Otherwise need to add ICD-6 into the large conversion table. Wait for opinion on this.
