Investigate age-groups to be used (both ICCS + new Nordic), and make priority (Siri/Nordcan)

This was discussed in the NORDCAN-group and they all agree that they want to have age-specific survival, but that there is no rush getting it in place. It is ok to aim for Autumn 2021-release or Spring 2022-release.
