Update wiki-page for ICSS-groups #51

The numbering of the ICSS-groups on this page https://github.com/CancerRegistryOfNorway/NORDCAN/wiki/nordcansurvival is in accordance with the article from Engholm et.al. but not in accordance with the original article from 2004: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0959804904005283 and not in accordance with NORDCAN 1.0. Young Adults should be ICSS-group 3 and Elderly should be ICSS-group 1.

We should change the numbering of the groups on the Wiki-page and also change the reference. In addition, we need to document if/where there are any changes between the original weights and the ones we use in NORDCAN 2.0.

Numbering av weights changed in documentation. Same reference Engholm et al (in where ICCS 1 and 3 are named 3 and 1).
