Hi Bjarte,

1) The csv sent to IARC – colon is included in all survival files except survival_statistics_agestandardised_survivaltime_05_period_05.csv a. On that note, I can see that colon is available in the preprod with 10 year period of diagnosis span 2) The csv in the survival directory - colon is included in all survival files except survival_statistics_agestandardised_survivaltime_05_period_05.csv 3) The dta in the survival directory – same picture: colon is not included in survival_statistics_agestandardised_survivaltime_05_period_05.dta

Simon re-ran analysis and produced estimates for colon. He will upload the new survival statistic tables to Mathieu.

This is the first known issue of not getting estimates when data is OK.

A candidate explanation may be some system interupt of some kind. The analysis is done per entity saving one tempfile per entity which is appended at end. Maybe saving of the temp file for colon was interrupted.
