Check if pom.xml doesn't have useless dependency or plugin #158

We need to manually check if all dependencies are used.

We need to keep plugin for Javadocs refering to https://maven.apache.org/repository/guide-central-repository-upload.html and https://central.sonatype.org/publish/requirements/

Jacoco will be used by DevOps so they told me to keep it atm.

I'm closing this issue for now.
