Waveform edit handle width #174

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Trying to move around start/end in Waveform
2. Damn hard to hit this 1px wide line

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.3.9 WinXP

Please provide any additional information below.
It would be great if the handles were 3-5px wide to the inside of a clip and, 
if there are neighbors and depending on how far away they are 0-5px to the 
outside. It would be even better if you could customize the handle width in the 
settings.

PS: Great and mostly intuitive program that boosts productivity! Worth 
spreading and porting.

Check Options -> Settings -> Waveform: Border marker hit must be within...
