timing completely off when importing from VOB #177

(enter only *ONE* issue in each report)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. select "import/OCR subtitle from vob/ifo (dvd)" from file menu
2. select the appropriate VOB file and NTSC (which is correct, I have checked)
and run import as standard

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should rip the subtitles with correct timing, but for a video lasting 6
minutes and 18 seconds the subtitles are spread over 10 minutes 51 seconds.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.39 on Windows vista business

Please provide any additional information below.
I managed to successfully rip one video correctly a few weeks ago and edit the
subs with no issues at all. Then I tried to do another 2 or 3 videos (which I
ripped from the very same DVD using the exact same process) and the timing is
completely off for each of their subtitles.
When I played the videos in VLC before trying to use Subtitle Edit, the timings
of the subtitles all display correctly with no problems at all, but Subtitle
Edit rips them with the wrong timings.
I've tried correcting with the Point Sync tool but it is hard to get the
timings perfect without going through and correcting each line individually.

Could you possibly email me a sample file (Gmail allows up to 25 mb)?
(You might need to find some software that can cut a vob in smaller pieces)

I live in Europe and don't know much about NTSC ;)
