Directory structure #33

Can we move the test .sql's (those that are meant to test that our database works as expected) under comp353-project/tests/sql and keep under comp353-project/sql only the .sql's that creates/populates the db?

I do believe I have now moved the folder you're talking about. Feel free to re-open the issue if I didn't move all of them.
