golden_bill #40

@GeoffreyBoom, I am done with the regular bills generation, and I need to create the golden_bill, otherwise it creates bug. Can I only ask you to not decrement the number of golden customers, please. Because I will assign them bills, and I need to know what range can I go. Thanks

Okidokes. If I change the values in that table, I'll make sure to add exactly the same number of golden members.

That's what matters, thanks. Also I am done with all the generation of golden_has_bills.sql, bill.sql and bill_has menu_item.sql, so I'm going to push everything soon, and I will remove your sql script from initDB.sh.

Can I push? It will remove the bills folder in sql folder.

Yeah, no problem. I can always re-generate them if need be.
