Admin Tab not visible #1780

Hi Guys,

I have installed gerrit2.5.1 with LDAP as auth mechanism.I am able to log in 
with my credentials but i am not able to see Admin pannel.

My role is administrator.I have double checked db tables 
'account_id',account_group_members' etc as well.

I don't know what is wrong.I have re-installed it three times.

Attached is the screen shot which shows 'Administrator' role without Admin 
panel at the top.

Please help me!

In Gerrit 2.5 there is no 'Admin' menu anymore. What was under 'Admin' is now 
directly available as top-level menus ('Projects', 'Groups' and 'Plugins').
