My Full Name at android-review.googlesource.com is empty

Well, that's it. My email is set to gmarkhor@gmail.com, "Reload" button does 
nothing and "Edit" button leads to a page which does not even allow to change 
the user name, only nickname (I think this button is just broken).

I have a feeling that's why repo upload throws

fatal: remote error: Individual contributor agreement requires current contact 
information

The name should have imported off your Google+ profile name, assuming you are 
logged into the corresponding GMail account.

I ran into the same issue over at https://camlistore-review.googlesource.com. 
What I did before is setting the primary email address to a different address 
than my GMail. Could that be relevant?

My full name was present on:
https://go-review.googlesource.com/#/settings/contact

But then I used "Register New Email..." with an alias that isn't my primary 
Google Apps address/Google+ address. Full name went blank and the edit button 
has a "Google can't change personal information for <email>" error.

Then I tried using "Register New Email..." with the primary email address I 
originally signed up with. This hasn't changed Full Name though, which remains 
blank.
