missing option to disable/filter automtically sent email

Hi,

Is there currently an option to disable/filter/limit the emails that are 
automatically send to reviewers and projects-owners?

So far i only found the project-wide email settings, but emails to reviewers 
are send anyway.

I'm looking for an option to only opt-in for emails, as reviewer are getting 
totally spammed otherwise (at least with my current configuration with gerrit 
version 2.8.1).

Gerrit doesn't have an option for this, but you may setup filter rules in your 
mail client.

For myself this would be a suitable solution, but i dont want to impose that on 
all of our developers :-(

Currently im thinking about disabling the email sending altogehter and send 
emails from the event-listener, but this would only work around the original 
issue.
