contact information not saving

1.gerrit contact information
2.fill the details 
3.click save changes

What is the expected output? 
Cannot store contact information

Missing contact information prevents "git review" from completing successfully, 
so this error is blocking development. Was unsuccessful with both Chrome and IE.

The issue with me was that I had not yet joined the OpenStack Foundation: 
https://www.openstack.org/join

Once I had done this, I was able to save my contact information. A more helpful 
error message would have been nice.

account.

Just trying to help.
I also faced this problem.
In my case I had created the gerrit account first but I didn't have created the 
agreement. Then I created the foundation account and after I come back to 
gerrit and created the agreement.
My solution was simple review and update all the gerrit information then I 
deleted my openstack foundation account and recreated it.

Same issue here.  Just created a Review account, tried to accept Individual 
Contributor Agreement.  Entered contact info, "I AGREE" then clicked Save.  Got 
black background screen with message:

Code Review - Error
Server Error
Cannot store contact information

Please contect the administrators of the OpenStack Gerrit server. We (the 
Gerrit Open Source) project do not have access to this system and cannot 
investigate the issue.
