Invalid date/time for project changes done in UI #3371

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Update any project description and save
2. Open repository browser
3. Check update date/time

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected date/time of change, instead there is date/time when Gerrit started.
