For a group, list the projects using it in the web UI #3421

It would be nice if the admin/groups page had a column that lists the projects 
which are using that group. Or at least have a count how many projects are 
using that group. That would help to identify unused groups.

Also, a group's info page could list the associated projects on its "General" 
tab.
