Can not enter a '?' in a text field because it opens shortcut dialog. #3448

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Click 'Sign In'.
2.Type '?' in either the 'User Name' or 'Password' field.
3.Observe 'Keyboard Shortcut Message'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect '?' to be entered into the field.
