Pull replication for repositories #656

Gerrit has a "push replication" when it pushes current changes to some set of 
servers.

It might be a useful feature to have "pull replication" when gerrit 
automatically pulls changes from some trusted remote server to a local 
repository.

Currently you can do this using cron, but having it in Gerrit makes things 
easier to manage.

No. The bug is still open with no progress on it.
