chore(function-list): fill functions for each data source

Description

• Use LLM to generate the function list for each data source
• Adjust v3 test architecture
• Add test cases for each data source for the function list feature
• We don't have a Snowflake account but I still preparing the test case
• Fix file name from confest.py to conftest.py

The error from the CI is due to a cached Rust core.
