Objective

Create system for running basic smoke tests on generated apps

Tasks

[ ] Create CIRunnerService class
[ ] Implement basic smoke test suite
[ ] Add test environment setup
[ ] Create test result parser
[ ] Implement status reporting
[ ] Add error handling
[ ] Write tests

Technical Details

Run in isolated container
Basic tests:
- Rails server starts
- Database migrations run
- Assets compile
- Basic routes respond
Store test results

Acceptance Criteria

Smoke tests run automatically
Results are properly reported
Failed tests provide clear feedback
Environment cleans up after tests
