Objective

Create data model and storage for Rails application ingredients

Tasks

[ ] Create Ingredient model with fields:
- name (string)
- description (text)
- template_content (text)
- created_by (user reference)
- active (boolean)
[ ] Add validations
[ ] Set up database indexes
[ ] Add basic scopes
[ ] Write model tests

Technical Details

Use database text type for large content
Add timestamps
Index on name and active status
Add soft delete capability

Acceptance Criteria

Model saves all required data
Validations work correctly
Queries are optimized
Test coverage complete
