Objective

Create service to generate Rails new commands based on user selections

Note - there's an overlap with the currently existing functionality. Resolve this when we get here

Tasks

[ ] Create CommandBuilderService class
[ ] Implement basic command structure:
- App name handling
- Database option (-d)
- CSS processor (-c)
- Other core Rails options
[ ] Add selected ingredients integration
[ ] Implement command validation
[ ] Add command sanitization
[ ] Create command preview generator
[ ] Write tests

Technical Details

Handle command line escaping
Validate option combinations
Support all Rails new options
Implement proper argument ordering

Acceptance Criteria

Commands generate correctly
Invalid combinations are prevented
Special characters are handled safely
All Rails options are supported
