The fact that only a select few SE sites can be oneboxed is quite annoying.

This commit simply allows posts from any SE site to be oneboxed. (I've made sure that it doesn't detect chat.stackexchange URLs, too.)

There's a problem: the site icon isn't always found, for example on http://astronomy.stackexchange.com
