First time setup design

The first time setup could do with a few design tweaks to the page here and there.

Examples include:

Styling the buttons so they're not the default.
Moving the links so they're placed separately and not as hyperlinks in text.
Changing the logo animation at the start to smooth in and out and asynchronous to the revealing of the rest of the page rather than at the same time as the logo shrink so we don't see the rest of the page move.
Rewriting the setup to make it faster for the user to see what's going on immediately.
Adding styles to the dropdown.

I'm not sure if I'll be able to commit enough time to fix this once sem starts but will try to do as much as I can. Also I think this can be added to the next release if the product engine is now working seamlessly (which I believe is).

Seems good, I'll hold off adding it to the next release until we know there's enough time for all this.
