Update affiliated.rst #134

Include gas-properties GUI

I saw a discussion of this "affiliated" list on the google group and wanted to add my own GUI that I've been working on intermittently for a few years.

@jiweiqi I don't mind at all. If you think I contributed enough to be included as a maintainer, then I won't complain. But, I think I only added one mechanism to your collection.
