I add simple wrapper functions that will allow us to correctly create CSR, CSRPools, and CSRNFT objects.
With these new methods, I also added stateless validation so that we can verify that objects are created correctly when we register the CSR initially, and subsequently update it.
There was a small update to proto. Since the module account mints the NFTs and since the id of the NFTs is incrementing from 0 to supply - 1, we can just us an array to index and find an NFT instead of having to use some sort of hash or combination of contract address and token id.
Testing
The csr_test.go file was written to test stateless validation on a handful of examples. To test, run go test -v ./ in the directory of types in the csr module.
