In this PR, I

add two fields to the CSR proto so that we can store the cumulative number of transactions and revenue for a given NFT.
revamp the entire integration test suite to accommodate for all of the variables we need to track and add up as the CSR store grows.
refactor much of the test contracts to match the integration tests.
