Update to Code of Conduct #1

While @meffie did a great job on the code of conduct, should we consider using the Python Software Foundation Code of Conduct since we are a Python meetup? Or not, I'm just putting it out there.

Sounds good to me. Both are based on the CoC from the Ida initiative. It looks like the PSF CoC would need to be tailored for a meetup, since it specifically covers Python conferences.
