Dockerfile potentially out of date #495

Description In the Dockerfile, we are pulling the image of node:12. The dockerhub page of node includes images for node:18, and other more recent versions.

Proposed Solution We can change the Dockerfile by pulling node:18 or node:16 (LTS)
