Day Night Update

Description: So right now the sky looks great... except under two conditions 1) the stars are out and visible during the day -Add to the script a way to turn them off when the sun rises and turn them on when the sun sets 2) During the night time the sky in the back ground is still daytime (that is the sky is still bright and blue)

• change the sky to a night time-esque background after the sun sets
