Installation from GitHub #2

Note that the package can be installed directly from GitHub via:

pip install git+https://github.com/Caochris/SCOTIA.git#egg=scotia

This doesn't require to clone the repo for performing a local installation. I suggest to update the installation instructions in the README accordingly.
