New Feature Issue: [Activities]

Description

Need to store activities in the data base and have ways for players to start them

Goals

[x] An activities table in the database(Maybe)
[x] Players can start activities
[x] An activity runs and when it finishes it increases XP
[x] Complete Sail command #11
[x] Complete Fish command #14
[x] Complete Map command #15
[x] Complete Repair command #16
[x] Complete Research command #17
