Tasks:

[x] Rendering process on release mode no longer shows terminal
[x] Single Instance
[x] Adjust titlebar height on editor window
[x] Open in Explorer instead of Finder when on Windows
~~Titlebar state can sometimes flash in and out. Need suggestions for handling the state in utils/titlebar-state.ts~~
