What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Send a delayed email of any kind.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect my recipient see a preview of the body of the email in their client.  
Instead, what the recipient sees is html markup.

What version of the product are you using? 8

Hello,

Could you provide an example of the HTML markup that the recipients are seeing?

Also could you follow the debugging steps listed above.
